Mulberry Place

The mixed use development will provide a shopping environment complementary to the existing High Street and works with the context of Daventry to improve the retail offer for the planned expansion of the town.

Large stores are set against smaller specialist shops and interspersed with street cafes and restaurants arranged around small squares; the scale of development has been carefully designed to reflect the surrounding buildings.

The development also includes a new multiplex cinema and the provision of a new Library, as outlined in the Illustrative Master Plan prepared by MCa, and the relocation of a Day Care Centre.
