The vision for Moulton Heights is to create two sustainable communities based on a Linked Garden Village concept. The first phase of the development will include the construction of up to1000 homes, local amenity / community buildings, primary school, offices, industrial units, hotel, pub/ restaurant.
The scheme is carefully designed to respond to specific location in terms of terrain including topography, existing landscape features (water courses, hedgerows, trees etc), vantage points of views to Moulton Village whilst also responding to significant archaeological assets, which become open focal points within the landscape.
