Clarendon Centre

MCa developed proposals at the Clarendon Centre in Oxford for a significant redevelopment and extension programme, complemented by a re-branding of the mall interiors by sister company Marchini Curran Interiors.
The extension created a new large format retail unit over three floors, now occupied and trading by H&M. The existing entrance to Shoe Lane has been reconfigured, with the new build element clad in Ancaster stone to reflect the sensitivity of the Conservation Area setting.
