The rebranded interior reflects the new focus on casual dining and benefits from the spectacular views out over the Lough as well as improved access to the raised terrace and a private entertainment area.
A key source of inspiration for the material and colour palette was the artist Paul Henry, born in Belfast, who captured the regions light and landscape in his paintings.
