Marks & Spencer

The new store for Marks and Spencer at Ashby de la Zouch has been designed to reflect the site’s importance at the gateway to the town.

The building will house their food hall operation, together with a new café and dedicated parking.

The building will benefit from a highly sustainable design to reflect the ethos of the operator. The use of vertical timber fins to clad the new building will reflect the location which is the centre of England’s National Forest.
