Cocoa Beach Resort

MCa has developed a masterplan for a luxurious £300m resort scheme spread across 125 acres, complete with a beach club looking out onto the Atlantic, 200 villas, 72 luxury apartments, a 36 bed boutique hotel, a tennis academy and a commercial district. The masterplan illustrates the vision for the new beach resort at Belmonte, Bahia on the Discovery Coast of Brazil.

The hotel is made up of 20 high-end suites in the main building, with 16 cabana-style beach bungalows set among the gardens, each with its own pool.

The development will cater for both domestic and international markets and will include restaurants, spa and conference facilities, and its own heliport.
