The Campus Data Centre and Offices

With an area of over 350,000 square feet and a capacity of 30MW, The Campus data centre when completed was one of the largest in Europe.

The facility was designed for Gyron Internet, part of the NTT Communications group and one of the world’s leading data centre service providers.

Alongside the data halls is office accommodation of around 50,000 square feet to support the end users of the centre. The development is also supported by extensive decked gantry areas with a secure inner power compound.

The twin-phase scheme was designed and constructed to BREEAM Excellent standards (equivalent to LEED Gold) and achieves Uptime Institute Tier 4 certification with a CPNI and LPCB certified secure perimeter.
